Interfit, the global leader in tire and wheel services for the Material Handling, agricultural, and construction sectors, announces a major step forward in its growth strategy with the acquisition of the business of Chicagoland Industrial Supply INC, DBA Industrial Tire Solutions (I.T.S.).
This strategic move reinforces Interfit presence in North America and expands its ability to provide industry-leading tire services at a local level.
Established in 2006 and headquartered in Chicago, I.T.S. is a tire and service provider for Material Handling segment. The company already offers city-wide service coverage with on-site fitment, primarily targeting end-users.
The acquisition of I.T.S. business aligns with Interfit vision of offering fast, reliable, and expert service to customers worldwide, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, uptime, and safety. By integrating a well-established U.S. service provider into its network, Interfit adds new capabilities, regional expertise, and increased service coverage to meet the needs of its growing customer base.
